Was perfect. Center of the city and useful apartment

A neat, spacious, clean apartment in the city center. Everything from everything. There are shopping centers nearby and a variety of all possible stores and brands. Toma, the owner of the apartment, is such a good person. He took care of everything for us. He always asked if we needed anything or if something was missing. Thank you. We will definitely be back ❤️

Great experience and value for money overall

The location of the appartment is exceptional, right in the city centre and close to all comodities yet isolated enough to provide a good nights sleep. The appartment was cozy, modern, clean and the host Toma provided us with complimentary cokes and very good sudgestions to have a late diner and drinks in the neighborhood. Even though we booked last moment, Toma was very quick to accept our booking and arrange the key handout.

The apartment is perfectly located in the center of the city. It is clean, very nicely furnished and well equipped. I felt very comfortable. Toma was extremely nice and helpful. I can only recommend this apartment to everyone visiting Belgrade!

a cosy beautiful central apartment with modern and new equipments, super clean and friendly host.

The location is perfect, almost everything is in the walking distance. The host is super friendly and helpful. Thanks to the Owners obsession with Cleanness and not giving the cleaning task to external companies, he Apartment is super clean and beautifully decorated. The Apartment is renovated with all the equipment you would need. if you need anything that is not provided, simply tell the host. you will get it! Great value for money. I will definitely go there again if I visit Belgrade again

nothing big to complain about to be honest. only 2 points that I can mention. keep in mind that there are some stairs to take. so if you have issues with it, keep it in mind. the AC is installed in the small Living room and no AC in the bedroom. if you want to cool down the bedroom, you have to put the AC on lowest temp, high speed, to reach the bedroom. if you are 3 people, the one who is going to sleep in the living room will have some hard time because of the cold. installing the AC in Bedroom will be more convenient and also will save a lot of Energy cost

Beste Unterkunft überhaupt!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt bei Toma! Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und es gibt eine sehr gute Anbindung an die kostenlosen Busse in Belgrad. Sie befindet sich im 2. Stock – Toma hilft aber gerne mit dem Gepäck. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Bett ist super bequem, die Küche bestens ausgestattet – sogar mit Gewürzen zum Kochen – und auch das Bad ist top. Schon beim Ankommen fühlt man sich wie zu Hause – Getränke im Kühlschrank als Welcome, guter Kaffee und alles, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Toma selbst: Er ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, spricht perfekt Englisch, gibt tolle Tipps und hilft sofort, wenn man etwas braucht. Auch beim Check-out war er flexibel und hat uns den Aufenthalt bis 12 Uhr ermöglicht. Der Service ist wirklich außergewöhnlich – besser, als wir es jemals in einem Appartement erlebt haben. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert – Toma ist nicht zu toppen!

Если вам норм жить с клопами и тараканами, то берите

- Простота заселения. Мы бы, конечно, предпочли вообще не иметь дела с хозяином, но тут почему-то не было опции оплаты онлайн. Нам было неудобно в первые дни, но несмотря на это, хозяин пошел на встречу и встретился с нами в удобное для нас время днями позднее. - Нас встретили с бесплатными колой, водичкой и пивом в холодильнике. Приятно! - Местоположение: все самое крутое в пешей доступности.

В один из последних дней мы столкнулись с тараканами в туалете. Параллельно до этого я стала замечать у себя укусы на ногах, но не придала этому значения т.к. подумала, что это комариные укусы, а у меня на них аллергическая реакция крайне сильная, хотя встретить комаров в октябре это странно, конечно. Потом этих укусов стало все больше и больше, и в нерасчесанном состоянии они мне уже не так сильно напоминали комариные. Нейронка подсказала мне, что это постельные клопы. Загуглив фотки, стало понятно, что это 1 в 1 они (не советую гуглить - это крайне мерзко). Я сразу же написала хозяину с советом поскорее вызвать инспекторов - без наезда, без претензий, хотя, мягко говоря, они есть у меня - я этих тварей с собой домой привезла! В ответ получила сухие возражения, мол, да не может такого быть, да у нас регулярно чистят. А вот насчет тараканов сказал, что они действительно есть, но почему-то они ничего с этим поделать не могут - лезут и лезут постоянно. Что ж, тоже ничего с собой не могу поделать - ставлю 3 звезды из 10.

Возможно я бы добавил стиральную машину, так как было удобно при длительном размещении.

Великолепное размещение, все очень новое, очень удобная кровать с потрясающим матрасом. Белоснежно чистое белье. В апартаментах есть все,что необходимо. В холодильнике ожидали приветственные напитки, было очень приятно. Отдельно хочу сказать спасибо хосту Томе, он очень вежливый и общительный. Я однозначно рекомендую это место для проживания.
