Everything was beautiful

The apartment is in a great location — close to the airport, many tourist spots, easy to get between Old Belgrade and New Belgrade by taxi. The host was really nice, the sauna was lovely, and the whirlpool worked well. The interior looks luxurious just like the photos — visually very nice. It's big and has a private sauna and a whirlpool. However, the cleanliness didn't quite match that luxurious vibe. If you come from a place with high cleanliness standards, you might not feel fully comfortable here. The floors weren't really clean, the couch was quite dirty with spots, and there were stains here and there that made it feel a bit icky at times. The building entrance and exterior also don't match the luxurious interior — which is common in Belgrade with its old buildings, but worth knowing. That said, this seems to be a common thing in Belgrade — even in public spaces and restaurants, the cleanliness standard is lower than what I'm personally used to. So it's not unique to this apartment. Overall: I would recommend it for the location, price, sauna, and nice host — but if you're a clean freak or really care about cleanliness, you might want to look elsewhere or adjust your expectations.
