Amazing apartment

I liked everything about the property. Very clean, equipped with everything, wonderful location, amazing view, host was so easy to contact. We loved everything about it !!

Very comfortable, safe, extremely convenient, and reasonable stay - it felt like a home.

The host was very helpful, and clear on instructions. They also responded to any question I had immediately. The room is comfortable, warm and very clean. I felt safe and comfortable there. The location is a lovely ride or simple walk away from many areas while avoiding the busyness of the center of the city. It is quite comfortable in the evening hours for a good rest. There is a nice "Maxi" market immediately in front of the building so that you can get your needs there. I would stay again and I recommended toa a friend already. Price is competitive though.

The hot water didn't heat up on the last morning. It may have been a glitch and it didn't bother me.

Good location

Great location, nice apartmant for the price, not far from the city centre. There’s a parking lot (which is paid 10€ a day, I believe). Very easy to get to the place from the hayway as well. It’s a good acommodation for a short stay.

I was communicating with two people, one was super nice( a woman), the other one was kinda rude at one point, for no reason( a man). No hot water when we got there.

Great apartment with great local ammenities

Great apartment with a kitchen annexe and a balcony overlooking the courtyard and the river. fantastic facilities and outstanding guest care! It was very easy to communicate with the host and they were there to answer any questions without hesitation! there were some great amenities in the area, with beautiful shopping mall 10 min walk away, lots of different restaurants and cafes.

Underground Parking garage, there's some fobs that allow you into the building which didnt seem to work at the parking garage barrier. each time i would park underground id have to call the ground keeper which was not the easiest with a language barrier form my side. It was only a minor inconvenience as it was easy to park the car to the side of the building.

I had a fantastic stay at the Waterfront Belgrade apartment! The communication was seamless, and the apartment was impeccably clean with everything you could possibly need for a short stay. The view of the sunset was simply perfect. Highly recommended!

Brand new, cozy and elegant apartment and a top host!

A cool brand new apartment right in the new part of the city, close to the old town and just 15 minutes by bus from the Central Station. My room was cozy, elegant and above of all comfortable. Plus is fully equipped (heating, air-conditioning, hairdryer, towels, big shower) and you can find a comfy and big bed. The best after a very long trip. I had a good communication with the host who sorted excellently some our personal issues. At the end of the stay we even met him in person and talked a bit and I assure you he is a such a good host and above all a good human being. If I were you I won't hesitate to book the room because it's definitely a place to recommend!

Er is geen koffiezetapparaat, de waterflessen zijn vies. De koelkast is ook vies. Het beddengoed was vuil, we moesten om schoon beddengoed vragen. Op verzoek kregen we schoon beddengoed, wat normaal gesproken niet nodig is voor dat bedrag, dat zou toch logisch moeten zijn. Na het verlaten van het appartement werden we twee keer gefactureerd: we betaalden contant in de brievenbus en er werd ook nog eens van onze creditcard afgeschreven. Ik moet zeggen dat ik onaangenaam verrast ben, het appartement is totaal anders dan op de foto's.

Nada. La habitación no correspondia con las fotografías de la web. Imposible ponerse en contacto con el dueño, eso sí, a la hora de pedir el dinero fue rápido. La habitación sucia, la cama sin hacer, y muchísimos desperfectos en la habitación. La parte de la cocina terriblemente sucia. Menos mal que era la Deluxe.

Die Lage ist optimal

Ein Alptraum! Das war die schlimmste Erfahrung in meinem Leben. Die Adresse im booking ist falsch und die Bilder auch. Ich bekam bei Ankunft eine neue Adresse ein rotes Hochhaus gegenüber. Bei Ankunft bekam ich eine WhatsApp Nachricht und ein Code welches Apartment es ist und eine Codenummer zum aufmachen. Als ich im Appartment war war der Standard des gebuchten Zimmer komplett anderst als auf den Bindern und wir waren zu dritt, im Zimmer waren nur zwei Decken. In der WhatsApp Nachricht stand auch das man das Bargeld in eine Box legen soll. Ich habe am Abreisetag das Bargeld gefaltet und habe es gemeinsam mit dem Schlüssel in die Box gelegt. Das Geld ist weg!!!! 😳🤯 der Schlüssel im Nachhinein ist in der Box. Nun werde ich von einem Mitarbeiter der sich um die Appartments kümmert kontaktiert der sehr große Angst hat weil das Geld weg ist und sein Arbeitgeber in dubiose Geschäft verwickelt ist. Ich bin am nachdenken was ich nun tun soll 🤔😳🤯

Et par timer inden vi skulle lande med vores flyver bliver vi kontaktet af udlejer, for at høre hvad tid vi er ved lejligheden. Han starter med at rose sig selv, at han arbejder meget professionelt. Da vi oplyser at vi er der mellem 00.00-01.00 får at vide at der ingen vil kunne komme og låse op for os, fordi han skulle have sin søn på besøg og faldt helt sikkert i søvn. Han beder os om at aflyse booking.com og så ville han sende oplysninger på et andet overnatningssted via mail. Vi har ikke turdet at tage imod det andet overnatningssted, da vi intet kendte til det, Vi har derfor booket et andet overnatningssted. Men denne udlejer anbefales ikke.

Ο χώρος που βρισκόταν τα κτήρια. Τα ίδια τα κτήρια, κάποιες από τις παροχές. Το δωμάτιο , η θέα, τα led. Όλα ήταν τέλεια.

Το μοναδικό «πρόβλημα» που υπήρξε ήταν η συννενόηση ώστε να κάνω πληροφορίες για το πως θα μπω στο κατάλυμα , καθώς υπήρξε καθυστέρηση και έχασα αρκετή ώρα της ημέρας μου που θα μπορούσα να αξιοποιήσω ώστε να δω λίγα περισσότερα πράγματα, κατά τα άλλα ήταν όλα υπέροχα.

A fürdőszoba nem volt kitakarítva, borotválkozás utáni szőr volt a mosdókagylóban és fogkrém maradványok, a WC koszos volt, a zuhany koszos volt, a csaptelepek vízkövesek, WC papír nem volt. Az matrac nagyon kényelmetlen és csak egy takaró volt. Az egyik törölközőn egy égéslyuk volt, gondolom cigarettával kiégette egy másik vendég.

Boravak u ovom smeštaju u Beogradu na vodi je apsolutno savršen. Ovo nam je najbolje iskustvo do sada. Zato ću napisati dužu recenziju, jer i meni uvek znači kada pročitam iskustvo drugih. Od samog ulaska u apartman oseća se vrhunski komfor, kao i li luksuz. Sve je uređeno sa ukusom, moderno i funkcionalno. Svaki detalj je pažljivo osmišljen i odiše stilom i čistoćom. Lokacija je nenadmašna. Apartman je u blizini reke, u srcu najlepšeg i najuređenijeg dela Beograda. Sve vam je na dohvat ruke - restorani, šetalište, biciklističke staze, kafići, "Galerija" tržni centar (prekoputa), banka, kulturni sadržaji, Stari grad, gradski transport, market, igraonica i igralište za decu, pilates studio, itd. Obezbeđen je parking. Sve što vam može zatrebati, a što boravak čini još praktičnijim i prijatnijim. Poseban dragulj ovog smeštaja je prelepa terasa, uređena kao mala bašta, idealna za jutarnju kafu, odmor ili večernje opuštanje. Daje dodatnu notu mira i privatnosti. Internet je brz, krevet izuzetno udoban, a domaćini profesionalni, srdačni i uvek dostupni, ali nenametljivi. Usluga na najvišem nivou. Topla preporuka svima koji žele da iskuse najbolje što Beograd ima da ponudi. Bez preterivanja, ovo je smeštaj koji ne ostavlja ravnodušnim i kojem ćete se sigurno vraćati. Ja se sigurno vraćam.
