Everything was great, all OK.
The flat is directly above several bars/clubs which are open late, until 2-3AM. It was perfectly OK for me, but I am mentioning this here as an FYI for future travelers, in case they are very sensitive to noise.

The apartment was very spacious and clean
Only two of the windows in the bedroom had curtains The flat wasn’t soundproof, and on Saturday night we could very clearly hear the disco pub until 3 in the morning

Convenient location, spaciousness, comfortable bed, excellent shower and cleanliness.
Minimal curtains, nowhere to put clothing. Very noisy from nearby pub/ nightclub. Three flights of very narrow, curved stairway.

Nice and spacious, Rosa the host was really nice and it was generally really good.
The yates nightclub that blasts music until 3 am and made the bedroom sound like I was in the nightclub.
