The location of the apartment is quite ideal if you are travelling by train and need to say take buses from the town centre. It is very quiet and cosy property. Perfect for a couple.
Provision of toiletries could have been better. We had to buy our own. Also, there was no luggage storage which would be a quite nice to have.

WE liked the apartment as it was very central and convenient for public transport and shops. Ideal for those travelling.The apartment was clean and tidy.Also the balcony was great for relaxing.
The bathroom was very small and a squeeze to enter from bedroom.

Location was fantastic. Very central. Bed was very comfortable, mattress and pillows. Very clean.
It was very warm. Due to the style of the property getting airflow into the bedroom area at night was a challenge. I think if the owner provided a fan this may have helped. Sleep was a challenge. Also there was a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Difficult to know where it was coming from because the room was very clean. Placing an air freshener in there would have helped.

Excellent position within centre of Matlock. Modern flat. Easy secure access. Good noise of Derwent flowing at the rear of the property.
Communal stairs were dirty. Mat in living area of flat was dirty with crisps under coffee table. No window to open at night. French door had to be left open. No instruction or facilities for recycling. Bed is very soft. Proper hooks needed in bathroom. Fridge in desperate need of defrosting - ice at rear of shelves.
