ARROWHEAD LAKE IS A PRIVATE, GATED COMMUITY MANAGED BY AN HOA. IN ADDITION TO YOUR RESERVATION FEES THROUGH AIRBNB, THE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION FEES MUST BE PAID WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF YOUR CONFIRMATION.

Temporary Membership (age 6 and over): $8.50 daily ($42.50 weekly) in-season (May 24, 2024 through September 2, 2024)
Transaction Fee: $20 (one flat fee) (applies year round)
Gate Card Fee: $20 per each car (applies year round)
* These fees are beyond our control. It is the policy of the community association.
*We will ask for vehicle and occupant information to complete registration upon booking.
* We will submit the registration and payment on your behalf and request payment for the balance via Airbnb.
* Upon arrival, you will have to go to the Rental Office (located office site, on your way to the community) to obtain your gate cards and wrist bands. The office is open from 10am-10pm.
If we are unable to register you due to failure to submit information Arrowhead Lake association will deny you entry and you may lose your reservation without refund. It is important that you submit all needed information after booking.
