Any registration made on the day of arrival is considered a 'walk-in,' in which case the HOA reserves the right to either allow the guest to enter the community with a $250 charge or to prohibit this guest from entering the community as part of their policy violation. In the case of the HOA refusing entry, guests are responsible for finding a stay elsewhere
