This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located at the front door facing the front entrance, 1 camera is located at the back exterior stairs facing the stairs, 1 camera is located on the shed facing the driveway, and 1 camera is located at the driveway facing the driveway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are activated by motion and will record video and sound while guests are in residence - Linens and towels are not provided at the property. It is recommended that you supply your own - This property is located in the private Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Amenity fees are mandatory and not included in the original booking fees. Fees must be paid to the owner at least 5 days prior to arrival. Same-day registrations are not allowed - If registration is not completed, the private Arrowhead Lake Community Association will not allow the guests to enter the community. Registrations must be completed in this timeframe for Arrowhead to allow guest access - Guests must provide their direct email address to the property owner ASAP upon confirmation of booking to ensure that registration information is fulfilled promptly.
