Make the most of sunny summer weather out on the front deck, complete with a picnic table, and enjoy all-season leisure in sunny den, featuring a comfortable sofa, love seat, and fireplace. At-home entertainment awaits in the lower living area complete with a poker table, bar, sofa seating, and a TV. Important: Completion of the Check-in Form is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. The information is required to process the property's HOA registration, which must be completed before arrival and is a condition of staying at the property.
If the required information is not submitted by the stated deadline, we may be unable to complete the mandatory HOA registration. As a result, check-in may not be possible, and the reservation may need to be canceled. Any cancellation and applicable refund will be handled in accordance with Airbnb's cancellation policy and the listing's terms.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.
