This Property Backs up to over 20,000 Acres of Hikable Woods and Wilderness!
We call it our cabin but by definition it is a large but cozy chalet style home located in the amenity filled Arrowhead Lake Community. This home features a large open concept floor plan with floor to ceiling stone fireplace, dining room table that seats 8 with ease, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, Large Master Suite with King Size Canopy Log Bed upstairs, as well as Open Sleeping Loft with a Full Size Bed and Twin Bunk Beds. Downstairs are 2 Queen Bedrooms with Log Beds, Full Bath. The loft provides ample room for playing. Air mattresses and portable crib/pack and play for children are included. Bedrooms are Air Conditioned. And yes, we have Wifi!
The home is complete with beautiful wood ceilings providing that mountain feeling. The main living area includes all leather furniture and our favorite plush recliner. The kitchen is equipped with dish washer, microwave, coffee maker and ice maker. All rooms have overhead ceiling fan and lighting. Through the rear sliders there is a large deck with all season Pottery Barn patio set, propane BBQ, and outdoor propane lamp heater. Ample off-street parking is available.

About Arrowhead Lake Community:
Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community with 24/7 security, including 2 lakes stocked for fishing, 4 beaches with boating docks, 3 outdoor pools, playgrounds and BBQ facilities at every pool and beach, a beautiful new 4 Million Dollar Grand Lodge, tennis, basketball and bocce courts, and year-round community events. This community is only 15 minutes from Jack Frost/Big Boulder Ski Resorts and several nice golf courses. Kalahari Indoor Water Park is just 20 minutes away, and within a 30-minute radius you’ll find the Crossings Outlet Shopping, Camelback Ski Resort/Camelback Water Park, Mohegan Sun and Mount Airy Casino, and Pocono Raceway. Lehigh Gorge and Hickory Run State Parks, offering scenic hiking trails, waterfalls, disc golf, ice skating are also nearby. When renting a home in Arrowhead Lakes, a FIVE STAR Community, please be aware that all renters must complete the ALCA Short Term Renter Registration form and pay for community fees collected by ALCA above and beyond the rental rate.:

$20 Administration Fee
$20 Gate Card Fee Per Vehicle
$8.50 per night per person In Season Temporary Member Fee (ages 6 and over only) or $42.50 for a weekly discounted rate.
$2.00 per night per person Off Season Temporary Member Fee (ages 6 and over only)
Renters will be denied access to the Community if registration and payment is not received prior to arrival. Temporary Member Fee is not based on Amenities, is mandatory, and non-refundable.
Additional Note: There is an additional $100 charge for reservations made within three days of arrival charged by community and collected by host.

- Number of vehicles coming on check-in day, Number of People in your Group and Ages.
- Vehicle registration number, tag information & make & model & year for each car tag and driver's contact for each driver of the cars.

This property was beautiful. Nestled in on a street that was surprisingly quiet. Every amenity you could possibly need or want. The spa tub in the master was an amazing treat. We had some rain, so we did not do any firepits, but we did get to cook out several nights in between the rain drops. I did not feel "stuck in" with our kiddos even with the rainy days, because the place had such a calming effect! The decor was so cute and cozy. The property is close to beaches and pools which were super clean too. We LOVED our week away!!

We had a wonderful time during our family vacation! The property was perfect for our family especially for our children. There were many toys and equipment for our 4 and almost 2 year old to utlize and play with! They really enjoyed the slide off the deck to a fenced in play area. The property was also close to pools and the beach/lake. Jason and Bethany were also very helpful before and during our stay. They answered questions in a timely manner. Ypu definitely won't be disappointed! We hope to make this an annual family trip!

Jason and Bethany were great to work with and answered all of our questions quickly. Their chome is VERY well equipped and also VERY clean. ( Please note that my wife and I very picky). We had my 5 year old granddaughter and 9 month old grandson with us and the loft area upstairs was extremely kid friendly. In addition, the side yard had a fenced in area with many toys and even a sliding board off the deck. The fire pit in the back yard was the site of our family Halloween party, complete with S’mores and toasted marshmallows!! The Karaoke machine was great for “announcing” our parade! My family highly recommends the Majestic’s home! It is in a convenient location and has everything you will need for a family vacation, for ALL ages!
