About this house rental
Located in the Gated Community of Arrowhead Lake in the Poconos. This brand new house sleeps 10 Adults with 4 Bedrooms and a king air mattress. You can have up to 12 guests, but you would need to bring an air mattress. Two of the 4 bedrooms are Master bedrooms with an additional Full Bathroom and a powder room. Entertain with 2 Living Room spaces.Arrowhead Lake is a community that will help you escape reality with its ample amenities for both adults and kids. Playgrounds, beaches and pools all within the community. Close by, you have some of the best skiing in the area.
ADDITIONAL FEES - required by Arrowhead Lake Community
- refundable security deposit of $400
- Temporary membership fees are mandatory and is assessed to all rentals for occupants age 6 and over.

- Vehicle Gate/Access Card
Per Vehicle
$20 each
- Administration Fee
Each Rental Registration
$35 each
$8.50 per person (only people over the age of 6) x the number of days + $20 x the number of vehicles (max 4)+ $35 administration fee = total registration cost.
Registration must be completed 3 days prior to your stay. This is mandatory by the Community otherwise they will not allow you to enter.
We as owners are required to submit the registration information and pay them for you in advance. You will receive a payment request through Zelle. This must be paid prior to your stay with us.

This destination was fabulous for multigenerational vacay (from 2-65). So much to do, yet very peaceful and relaxing. House is new and very accommodating. Just surprised no access to washer/dryer-would have been nice to dry towels after so many water activities.

My family and I rented this house for a 5 day vacation. We had a wonderful stay. The house had everything we needed. Philip was great. He answered any concerns we had within minutes. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you Philip.
