There’s never been a better time to escape the city and settle into a beautiful lake community, nearby hikes, fishing, swimming, kayaking and sitting by the fire pit! Grill is gassed up and ready for your family to celebrate being together. Our home is thoroughly cleaned following all current CDC cleaning & sanitation guidelines for a carefree getaway.
Every season offers a unique beauty in the Poconos! In the Fall and Spring, we are minutes away from hiking trails and thousands of acres of scenic State Parks and countless other activities. During Winter months, our home makes the perfect ski retreat, as we are only 15 minutes from award-winning ski slopes at Jack Frost & Big Boulder, and 20 minutes from Camelback slopes and Kalahari Indoor waterpark.
Our house is a wonderful getaway situated within the beautiful private community of Arrowhead Lake. The main floor includes a newly renovated, open concept living room, kitchen and dining room as well as the master bedroom and a full bathroom. The upstairs features 2 newly renovated bedrooms, a full bath and a sleeping loft with a TV and plenty of games. The back deck features a screened in area as well as an open area for sitting, dining and grilling. We have a gas grill as well as a charcoal grill and an outdoor fire pit!
Enjoy access to 3 pools, 4 beaches situated around 2 lakes, tennis courts, fun events and much more throughout the summer months. Rent canoes, kayaks, row boats, fishing equipment and bikes on the island grounds, about a mile from the house. Additionally, you will have access to the lodge that includes a pool table room, gym, library and special events. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with all your cooking essentials, comfy beds and bedding, and enough board games, movies and books to keep guests of all ages happy! Enjoy FREE Netflix, and YouTube TV. There are plenty of blankets, pillows and towels provided. Perfect for couples, families and small groups!
Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated, secure neighborhood with many amenities you can utilize during your stay including beach areas, boat rental shack, pools (outdoor so summer only), and lodge with game room and gym. The association charges a separate renting fee. There is a one time $10 processing fee and one time $15 per car for gate card access. (the first vehicle is free) There is also a temporary membership fee: In Season/Summer Season (May 15 - Sept. 15): $8 per person per day, $40 a week, $100 per month (1-6 months). Off Season/Winter Season (Sept 16 - May 14): $2 per person per day. Everyone over the age of 12 must pay the membership fees.
The Temporary Membership includes access to the Beaches, Pools, Lodge, Events, Welcome Center Family Game Room, Gym, Lodge Billiards Room, Pavilions, Lakes, Playgrounds, Sports Courts, Trash Center, and all other common area of Arrowhead Lake Community. This information was released 12/20/2019 and is effective come 1/31/2020. Please keep this in mind.

Home had everything we needed. We wished we could have used the fireplace but home was cozy, felt like home, we spent Christmas weekend there. Great place.
