- NO RENTERS UNDER 25 (unless they are children, part of a family)
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors

We had a large group of 4 families with multiple kids under 5. I speak on behalf of everyone when I say The Manor on Main was absolutely perfect! The location, the wide open living room/kitchen concept, the roomy bedrooms. Communication with the host was easy and never an issue to contact for any questions (even prior to booking). We had a fantastic stay and recommend this home for anyone looking for a prime location to many attractions!
