Experience your very own indoor oasis, complete with a luxurious indoor saltwater pool that invites relaxation. After a refreshing swim, unwind in the sauna located in the primary en suite on the fourth floor. Savor your morning coffee on the top-floor deck, where you can gaze at the majestic Mount Washington. Create culinary delights in the kitchen, featuring elegant granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and then gather around the fire pit in the backyard for cozy evening conversations. with 11 beds in the property, there`s space for all of your family and friends. * The booking guest required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and before arrival.
* Dogs are allowed – We allow up to 2 dogs. The first dog is subject to a $55 fee, and each additional dog will be $27.50. The dog size must not exceed 70lbs each. We will ask the size and breed of your dog.
* No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
* Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
* If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)
* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
* To ensure the safety and cleanliness of our pool area, we kindly ask that you:
- Refrain from bringing any food or beverages into the pool room.
- Remove all personal items from the pool when you are not present.
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a $250 fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

* There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only
* Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 pm-7 am
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $57 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:

Minor hiccups with checking in, ants (kitchen) and checkout but otherwise it's a great spot for a group. Celebrated my partner's 40th and it was nice to have access to the pool, kitchen, outdoor fire pit (bring your own firewood) and grill. Such a roomy house (3 floors) but cozy enough for a weekend getaway for a group. Highly recommend for the beautiful views (from the top floor) and amenities (HELLO INDOOR POOL). Absolutely loved the rooms and sleeping arrangements for my friends.

The house was very nicely equipped for example such as toilet paper, seasonings, pots and pans, towels etc. we didn’t even need half of the stuff we brought as the house already had it! Plenty of room, nice view, all the way at the top of the mountain. Pool was as advertised, water was, some parts of the pool were cold others were warm, needed to get used to temp but those that got in had a blast in the pool. Even had floaties for the kids! This isn’t really a complaint but more of a correction, house advertises a sauna but really it’s more of a small room in the master bathroom, we didn’t end up using it. House was exactly was I was looking for! Only feedback would be maybe more updated games like playing cards or board games for example but I did appreciate that there were some stuff for the kids to entertain themselves with. We should have remembered to bring some ourselves i guess! Grill worked great. I don’t typically leave reviews but would def recommend and would rent again myself!

This home was such a fun stay and perfectly laid out so everyone could have their own space. The pool and sauna were an absolute treat-especially with the breathtaking views you can enjoy from the multiple decks and even right from the sauna window. Jeremy was incredibly responsive to any and all needs, which made the experience even better. Truly exceptional hospitality. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was easy and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.
