* Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (driver`s license)
* The booking guest required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and before arrival.
* Dogs are allowed – We allow up to 2 dogs. The first dog is subject to a $55 fee, and each additional dog will be $27.50. The dog size must not exceed 70lbs each. We will ask the size and breed of your dog.
* No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
* Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
* If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)
* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
* To ensure the safety and cleanliness of our pool area, we kindly ask that you:
- Refrain from bringing any food or beverages into the pool room.
- Remove all personal items from the pool when you are not present.
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a $250 fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

* There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only
* Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 pm-7 am

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $57 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:
