The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming studio apartment for rent in Rennes, between Thabor Park and the historic center. The apartment has a floor area of 14 m² and can accommodate two guests. Located on the 4th floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely 11 m² living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, close to the city center and in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- Prairies Saint-Martin about 10 minutes (750 m) on foot
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park near the accommodation. Jules Ferry metro station (Line B) about 4 minutes (300 m) on foot
