Very thoughtful and helpful host, small but comfortable and well fitted-out accommodation.

The apartment is cosy with a well equipped kitchenette including oven, grill, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, even scissors , and the host provided lots of extras eg dish washer tablets, washing up liquid, salt & pepper, and a city map; these are often neglected but very helpful. The apartment is just a minute's walk from the Place Hoche with parking and metro and, being central, is within easy reach of lots of restaurants and cafes and all the main points of interest. There is a surprising amount of shelf and drawer space (but limited hanging space.)

I have scored less for comfort and location. There is no room for easy chairs, just 2 uprights by the small table. More importantly, there is no a/c and even in May the apartment was very hot at night so we left the windows open. But the street has 2 very busy bars which often stay open till after midnight so it was very noisy. The host recognises this and provides ear-plugs but it was still noisy. But, I suppose this is normal for a city location. Beware, it is on the 1st floor so suitcases must be carried up a flight of stairs!

Sehr gut, total sauber, an alles gedacht was man gebrauchen könnte.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Innenstadt in einer belebten Straße. Bei offenem Fenster kann es nachts gerade am Wochenende laut werden.

Qualité hôtelière plus pkus

Félicitations pour l'aménagement particulièrement soigné et de bon goût, l'ensemble des petites attentions qui parsèment l'appartement et une propreté irréprochable. La proximité avec la place Sainte-Anne me faisait craindre le bruit nocturne ; en fait la rue est calme et les fenêtres isolent bien des bruits résiduels... sauf à partir de 7h la livraison d'une supérette mais mon séjour se déroule pendant une canicule ce qui m'a fait ouvrir les fenêtres pour profiter de la relative fraîcheur du petit matin. Une climatisation portable est à disposition ; au regard des t° exceptionnellement hautes, elle est à peine suffisante.

Appartamento confortevole e pulito, con tutto ciò che occorre per un piacevole soggiorno. La proprietaria è una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile. Nella casa c'è tutto quello che ti può servire, persino olio d'oliva, sapone per i piatti e spugnette pulite. Posizione perfetta.

Klein, aber fein!

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung, es gab alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Die Lage mitten im Zentrum, nur 10 Minuten zur Universität Rennes 2 mit der Metro. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war problemlos.

Alles war perfekt.
