Delighted with our stay and Monterosa is beautiful

The apartment is lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the balcony is fantastic.

It is a hilly walk up to the apartment but the road is quiet most of the time and given that we were on a hiking week in cinque Terre the hill wasn’t that bad !

Good view. But not worth all the surprise hassles

Condo had a great view. Very spacious with lots of room throughout.

Many issues. The instructions that were sent to us (a pdf document via whatsapp) had the wrong network name for the wifi. The contact person from Terre Marine didn't know what the proper name of the wifi was until the last day we stayed there. The elevator was impossible to find without the help of a lady that lived in the building, it was in some dark dungeon looking corner of a different parking level. The hot water tank was turned off completely when we arrived. Didn't have hot water until the 2nd day when we started investigating on our own and figured it out. It's also a tiny hot water tank and runs out very quickly. The parking is also very confusing. If you have an SUV or anything bigger than the tiny European cars, you will have difficulty getting into the parking spot.
