Excelent, cozy room next to Trieste's Canal Grande

Best location to explore the beautiful city of Trieste, literally just a few steps from the Canal Grande. Room was big, very comfy and quiet considering the area. Also, tea, coffee and minibar goodies are included in the price! The host is super friendly and responsive and even let me park the car in its own "temporary" spot over the time I stayed. Which is a real treat considering parking restrictions and cost in such a central location, brilliant!

We are very happy to have found this accommodation for our stay in Trieste!

A sensational room! Cool, modern design, yet a cozy atmosphere. Great bathroom, large shower area, very good toiletries! Large wardrobe, large, very comfortable bed. The terrace doesn't offer a view (but we knew that beforehand, the pictures on the internet are accurate...), but it's perfect and cozy for your first espresso in the morning (Illy machine in the room) or a nightcap in the evening! The air conditioning is quiet. The hostess was very friendly and helpful (thank you, Michela!). The house is so central, we were constantly surprised at how close everything is... A perfect stay in one of the most beautiful and best rooms we have ever been in! Be careful when arriving by car – the house is located in a pedestrian zone, and the second entrance around the corner is also on a street that is not accessible to everyone – so Google Maps directs you to a nearby street, which is confusing, but Michela helped us with that too. We highly recommend this accommodation!

There is really nothing to criticize – a parasol might be a good addition in the early afternoon, but you can also move the chairs into the shade.

Struttura nuovissima arredata con gusto in zona centrale di Trieste, presente cucina completa di tutto, stoviglie e pentole per chi desidera cucinare, bollitore e macchina del caffè, frigo bene rifornito di bibite comprese nel costo della stanza. Smart TV e prima connessione wi-fi, pulizia ineccepibile, ampi bagni con tutto il necessario. Vale assolutamente il prezzo richiesto.

Vista la posizione centrale è impossibile trovare un parcheggio, sempre per lo stesso motivo ci sei trova in zona Ztl dove se non si sta più che attenti si viene multati. Il problema ovviamente non è attribuibile all'host... Segnalo solo per fare attenzione dai che la multa mi è costata quanto la stanza per un giorno. In ogni caso a pochi minuti a piedi è presente un parcheggio silos.

Perfekte Lage im Stadtzentrum, absolut ruhig, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit sehr großem Bad, Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, absolut unkomplizierter Check in.

Ambiente molto curato, bagno stupendo e con materiali di qualità, nuovissima. Situata in pieno centro in zona tranquilla e fornita di tutti i servizi.

Se devo provare una pecca è la mancanza di un affaccio, la struttura è interna pertanto la nostra finestra anche se dava su un grazioso terrazzo aveva davanti un muro.

Není kde zaparkovat. Pokoj byl moc pěkný.

Pěkně nove zařízený pokoj, čistota, kosmeticke pomucky. Překvapil nás jednorázový kartáček a pasta na jedno použití. Dobre naplněný minibar s pitim dostacujicim na cely den. Dobrá klimatizace, na přespání dostačující. Ubytování hned v centru. Všude je to blizko. Pokoj i ubytování doporučuji. ALE!! POZOR!!

Na webu je uvedeno parkovani. Zadna parkovaci mista dle ubytovatelky toto ubytovani nemá! Pokud by to někdo zmínil v komentu, vybrali bychom jine bydlení. Paní řekla muzete zaparkovat někde tady v okolí za 50euro, ale jedná se o veřejné parkoviště, které bylo plne obsazene. Nebo na mapě ukázala ulice s parkováním zdarma. Naše parkování dopadlo tak, ze jsme hodinu a půl odjížděli bloky kolem dokola cca 500m od ubytování, nez jsme nasli volne misto, ze nahodou nekdo vyjel. Se strachem, aby se autu na ulici nic nestalo (jako otukane italske auto;) K ubytování nešlo zajet, museli bychom porušit zákaz a jet kus po pěší zóně. Pokud táhněte děti a kufry a nechcete riskovat, bude to fuška. Chtěli jsme se zdržet déle, prošli jsme celé město, ale bylo nam jasně, ze pokud ve dne vyjedeme, zase nebude kde poblíž ubytování zaparkovat. Další den jsme proto využili jine ubytování v sistiane, ktera je do 15 min. cesty, kde jsme strávili 3 noci. Závěrem ubytování bylo v akci, pokud bychom měli platit pres 5 tis, cena za kterou je standardně nabizeno, byli bychom zklamáni.

Immersi tra epoca e modernità!!! Un palazzo straordinario che riesce a trasportarti nell’atmosfera del ‘700, e allo stesso tempo ti accoglie nella realtà moderna. L'arredo è di classe, con pezzi di design attentamente selezionati, ogni minimo dettaglio è curato con grande attenzione. Si percepisce l’odore di nuovo, creando un ambiente piacevole per il soggiorno. Le camere, così affascinanti, invitano a restare tutto il giorno per goderne la bellezza. Il personale è estremamente gentile e le signore delle pulizie sono cordiali e impeccabili. Ho avuto l’opportunità di visitare alcune camere disponibili e sono rimasta colpita dalla loro cura e dal gusto con cui sono state arredate. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti! Complimenti, è stato un piacere essere tra le prime a scoprire la vostra struttura! Grazie per il bellissimo soggiorno
