Excellent location, friendly staff, perfect cleanliness. Highly recommend!

Everything is perfect - the location is excellent, the apartment is in the city center with a wonderful view. Apartman is cozy and warm, it is cleaned daily. The staff is very friendly. Small things, such as a coffee machine and a water machine, additionally contribute to a great impression! We hope to come again, and we recommend this accommodation to everyone!!!

Nice Boutique hotel in the heart of Trieste

The hotel is located right in the heart of Trieste, with everything just a few minutes’ walk away. The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean, with a private bathroom. Although the hotel does not offer breakfast, there is a small café on the ground floor that serves an excellent breakfast. Communication with the host and the check-in process were very smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend staying here.

When the housekeeper cleaned the room she didn't change the big towels. The parking is so crooked. But it's generally in Trieste. We parked the car far away from the hotel, the nearest all were full.

City centre boutique hotel

Spacious, clean,comfortable rooms. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the bus and train station and close to lots of bars and restaurants. Lots of sightseeing just a stroll away and shopping too.

Comfortable night stay

Clean, spacious, and with a separate bathroom (private). The shower was amazing. It had decent air-conditioning. Loved that water machines are on each floor, so you can fill your water bottle for the day or fill the glass bottles to use in the room. The ladies checking us in and out at reception were very friendly.

The beds were quite small. OK, for us but might not be wide enough for some people. More coffee and some milk in the room would have been appreciated.

Fab place to stay

The location was very central. The greeting was very friendly. The shower was great, and the bed was comfy. Plenty of surfaces to put your things and liked that there was a bench seat, so you didn't always have to sit on the bed. Water machine on the corridor to fill your bottles. It was a fleeting 1 night visit, and we are going back in a couple of days!

I was thoroughly impressed by the exquisite boutique rooms during my stay. The room dimensions were ideally proportioned—spacious enough to move around comfortably yet retaining that cozy, intimate atmosphere that boutique accommodations are known for. The beds deserve special mention, featuring premium mattresses with the perfect balance of support and plushness, complemented by high-quality linens that enhanced the sleeping experience significantly. The pillows offered excellent neck support while maintaining luxurious softness. The bathroom was particularly noteworthy, being generously sized compared to standard hotel offerings. The expanded layout allowed for a more relaxing experience with ample counter space for personal items and comfortable movement. The thoughtful bathroom design elevated the overall accommodation experience. The lighting design throughout the room was exceptional. The strategically placed fixtures provided versatile illumination options for different activities and moods. Most impressive was the abundance of natural light flowing through well-positioned windows, creating a bright, airy ambiance during daylight hours while maintaining privacy. This thoughtful integration of natural lighting not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal but also created a more uplifting and energizing environment. Overall, these boutique rooms demonstrated meticulous attention to detail in both functionality and comfort, making for a truly memorable and pleasant stay.

Location, Staff, View about Piazza della Borsa. Everything is very close to visit. Good buffet called "Home" on the corner. Jazz Festival. Pep's fish house restaurant 2 minutes to walk. Almost everything

Modern clean new hotel, well located, view on a piazza

Very friendly, helpful, calm lady at the reception. Dogfriendly! Small hotel with (as the name tells) 9 rooms, beautiful building. Extremely good location, we could walk to the main sights. In a pedestrian zone. No disturbing noise during the night. Free drinking water on each floor, which is an excellent idea, especially when ithe temperature is 35C outside! We appreciated the air conditioning and the modern clean room. View on the piazza della borsa. A nice restaurant « Bar Buffet Borsa » is located across the street. We ate breakfast at « The taste of home » right next to the hotel, hotel guests get a discount there. Really amazing pancakes, bagels, galettes, coffee specialties, smoothies. Parking house not far away. We definitely recommend this hotel!

I don’t like dark rooms, that’s why I hesitated before booking our stay. But as the hotel seemed really well located, I chose it anyway. I must say the darkness didn’t disturb me as much as it did on the pictures.

No extra pillow available is very unusual Would be helpful to invest in some extras. Many people use 2 pillows to sleep. Also would be appropriate to have a few umbrellas at the door for guests to use during unexpected downpour. These are both things that are commonly available at most hotels.

Clean, spacious, great location (10 minute walk from the train station) very safe and great value for money.

Water fountains to fill your water bottles for the day. Nice coffee machine in the room. Great location just off the main square adjacent to loads of bars and restaurants. Spacious rooms very clean.

Sound insulation was an issue, the outside noise was very noticeable. It you are a light sleeper be aware of this or bring ear plugs.

Overall the hotel is in a very nice location, with restaurants, bars, cafes right around the corner. The main attractions of the city are also easily reachable by foot. In addition, the hotel rooms are very clean and nicely furnished.
