Highly recommended!

We stayed in room 5, which is spacious, luminous, and has everything you need for your short or long stay. It has a complete kitchen and dining/living room area, and whilst it doesn't have an oven, the microwave with grill function is perfect for cooking needs with the induction stove. The place is like the photos and exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a particularly cold week with 0 to -10 degrees Celsius, with the warmer day 3 to 4 degrees, so we definitely appreciated the great water pressure for a hot shower and the good heating system in the whole apartment. The wifi is fast, the receptionists are nice and available for any questions, the location is great for everything in the city, and finally, the neighbourhood and building felt safe at all times

Its close to the train station and few minutes away from the city center. Loved the style of our room The place was cleaned, warm, high ceilings

The elevator its too small. We had only backpacks but i think would have been a bit difficult carrying luggage upstairs or in the elevator.

awesome stay for almost all aspects but extra cost for new towels feels bad!

awesome location, it is close to everywhere, reception was helpful and really easy to reach them. room was clean, all was good!

only thing we did not like was not having extra towels, we had just two for our 4 nights stay, and new towels cost extra!

Great apartment to enjoy trieste.

Beautiful studio.not far from train station but feels very safe. Close walking to the beautiful surrounds of Trieste. Fully functional apartment with a fabulous bed. The best we have had in Europe. Great bathroom with a Bath. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location and perfect appartment for the city stay

Location is perfect. Facilities - all you need and more. Staff made sure we had coffee for the coffee machine, which was lovely:) what you see on the photos aligns with the reality.

Just make sure you bring enough towels with you as they are being charged if you want them changed. We recieved two towels per person for almost 5 days

Lovely accommodations, a perfect situation relative to the main train and bus stations, and a staff composed of angels.

The apartment itself was carefully and tastefully decorated , and everything worked flawlessly. But it was the staff which is really the jewel in the crown here. Noemi is wonderfully warm, helpful, and welcoming. Alvise is not only a patient, good-natured guide to the city, but also was able to direct me to culinary experiences well outside of the normal tourist-oriented places. He suggested three different places to try, one a restaurant at an agro-tourism prosciutto producer that took about an hour and a half to get to using the municipal bus system , but which was well worth the time spent. (My trip back was only 20 minutes, because I had a table-to-table conversation with a group who were generous in offering me a ride back to the city.) If he’s available in the office, ignore any printed material you may have found to guide you, and take his advice instead!

I can’t think of any way in which my experience could have been improved !

lovely spacious room in nice old building!

lovely spacious room, fantastic bathtub, very clean, very good communication with staff, checkin process which involved key codes was easy and clear, and worked perfectly!

It would have been useful to have bag storage and/ or early checkin or checkout options; also air conditioner instructions were pretty complicated, and green color scheme in an otherwise beatuful room was not the optimal aesthetic, but otherwise great! Location a small bit far from main areas.

Excellent location central to everything

Excellent location, a few minutes from the train/bus stations and also a few minutes from the main attractions. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. Easy communication with the host and check-in.

Everything was great. The tiles in the shower could use a bit more cleaning.

clean and nicely decorated apartment in Trieste city center

The apartment is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It is centrally positioned and yet very silent. We liked the decoration and the bed and shower were very comfortable.

If you travel with small children, the elevator is very small and your pram might not fit in. Also, most of the pots and pans were scratched or burned, so was hard to prepare a meal. Otherwise, the kitchen is well equipped.

Top location near the station and very close to the centre. Very helpful online reception staff. Comfy bed. Complimentary coffee machine with capsules. Tropical shower. Desk and chair to work in the room.

There are no plates to eat in the room except of cups and glasses. The bathroom smells with humidity.

The location is perfect to walk to the city center and reach train station. The cozy apartment. Coffee machine and tea pot are pleasant bonus. Communication with the staff was easy and helpful.

After two days there is smell in the bathroom.

The property was at an excellent location right in the centre of the city and in a Waking distance from everything including the train station. From the train station I could catch a bus to visit the Elettra synchrotron. It was clean, modern and spacious.

There wasn’t really a view and the walls were a bit thin, I could hear my neighbours with little children quite well.

Clean and well-designed apartment with a relatively well-equipped kitchen. Very conveniently located to the train station and within walking distance of local sights, bars and restaurants. Check in procedures were handled very efficiently by staff. Small but functioning elevator to the apartment.

A couple of minor suggestions for improvement - a kettle and block out curtains.

The apartment is clean, the furniture is really nice and the small kitchen is well equipped. The staff is very available and nice. The location is great, very central.

The only slightly negative thing is that the window has very thin blinds, so if someone were to be bothered by that they would find sunlight in the morning unconvenient.

The location is perfect. The train station is close, and the center and the promenade by the sea are only 5 minutes away. The rooms are wonderful from the artistic and technical side. It has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful trip. There is no TV and I consider that a plus :)
