A lift (though small) as promised. I could not have managed the stairs. Great location (short walk to Bus/Train stations and to the heart of the Old Town). Clean and comfy room. Being able to drop off and leave luggage before and after checkin. Most of all the lovely host Dusan who provided a very enjoyable breakfast, was extremely knowledgeable and was willing to spend time giving me wonderful advice about other places to visit after leaving Trieste.

very unpersonal. no staff, no welcome. everything well arranged, though. but a more personal touch would have been nice.
