The host was excellent with entry directions and helped when we weren’t sure about getting the car in and out of the complex.

Location was perfect and great for the purpose of the visit
We agreed arrival time but apartment was not clean - when cleaner arrived we had to go out and advised it could take up to 2 hours for it to be ready - due to the reason for the visit we did not have time to eat in apartment and ended up having to pay for a meal out otherwise we would have been later for the occasion

This is a good apartment - plenty of space, secure parking, good location. There are a few things lacking that would’ve made it great, and I messaged direct with suggestions. Do watch the video you will be sent on day of arrival to locate the keys. The light had died in the 2nd bathroom and was not fixed during our 3 night stay. This was unfortunate as bathroom could not be used. Hopefully it is fixed now.
As mentioned I communicated direct, but here’s a couple of things I would like to see attended to quickly for the next customers - no information booklet, so we had no idea regarding WiFi, tv, garbage, how to use heating etc. consistency in replacing used items in kitchen. No globe in bedside table lamp.
