This property is a house of horrors in need of major refurbishment.
Five good sized double bedrooms. Warm property. Great WIFI. The management agency was excellent at communicating and trying to resolve problems, but it would have been impossible for them to be able to address the many significant failings.
The downstairs shower room/WC had a major plumbing issue requiring an extraction system to pump the toilet/shower waste up to the first floor before descending into the sewer. The pump was malfunctioning causing it to run, making a noise like a washing machine on spin cycle for about 15 seconds every minute or two for the entire 3 days of our stay - day and night. The room also flooded with sewage twice. The upstairs bathroom had a dangerous broken floor tile to navigate on entry. There were several other broken tiles as well as damaged/detached fixtures and fittings (drawer fronts, cupboard doors, threshold strips). Mice were encountered in the kitchen and the downstairs bedroom. In addition to the noise disturbance from the sewage extraction system the neighbours were noisy late at night. Our family group of 6 adults and 4 children found one bath towel per double room and no hand towels on arrival. The washing machine was found full of damp towels. The small courtyard was littered with hundreds of cigarette butts and empty alcohol containers. The TV has no live feed and although it is connected to the WIFI the only APPS installed are Rakuten, Netflix and Prime. The APP store on the TV did not have any UK TV APPS available for installation. The kitchen equipment is minimal - thankfully the agent arranged for additional cutlery to be delivered during our stay as there were only 2 teaspoons, 1 desert spoon and insufficient knives and forks for 10 people. The dining room/table seats only 6 people.

Check-in was super easy, and the host was friendly and easy to reach whenever I had a question. Everything went really smoothly, and I genuinely felt at home. I’d definitely stay again if I’m ever back in the area.
