Villa Zvis - Private Pool and Sea View

The property is exceptional. Spacious and modern. All rooms are decorated beautifully. The whole villa has a modern, high standard interior designed in cool stone and marble throughout creating a high end luxury space. All 4 bedrooms have an en-suite and the spacious living room and kitchen were perfectly equipped with everything you needed. Air conditioning throughout. The infinity pool is stunning and big enough to have a proper swim. The owner Stojan was so helpful and gave us lots of recommendations on restaurants, local supermarket, bakery etc. He responded to our messages promptly and also left us some groceries as we arrived on a Sunday when the supermarkets are closed which was so helpful. If you are looking for a villa where you can relax in luxury this is the perfect place.

The property is in a beautiful location with a fantastic panoramic view of the sea and town below. However, please note the hill leading up to the villa is very steep and there is then a steep incline as you drive onto the villa. It takes a bit of practice! A car is recommended as it’s about a 10 minute drive into Budva. However, if you a are not confident driving steep hills there is very good local cab company Viber that operate 24/7 and cab into Budva is very reasonable (approx €7).

Alles wat je nodig had was ruimschoots aanwezig in de villa (handdoeken, servies...). Het zwembad was perfect in orde, goede wifi. Nergens iets op aan te merken.

Great modern house for a family or friends. No one will get jealous with 4 equally good bedrooms. The terrace with the infinity pool and the view on the surrounding hills is both amazing and relaxing.

Sometimes a bit of a sewer smell on the terrace, but mostly the only small drawback that didn't spoil the stay.

Prachtige schone en grote villa. Je hoeft nergens over na te denken. Geweldig voor kinderen.

Door de hoge buitentemperatuur werd het ondanks de airco binnen ook erg warm. De eigenaar reageert snel en komt met oplossingen.
