Great stay

Absolutely spot on! From the day of booking until checked out. Superb communication from the owner's. Wonderful, spacious apartment with little outside sitting area. Bed extra large, very comfortable,extra blankets, pillow etc. Large sofa bed next to it. Air-conditioning. Good walking in shower. Kitchen well equipped,fridge, kettle, cutlery,all sorts of glasses ( shot one included 😉),plates,bowls,coffe sets etc. Iron/ironing board, hairdryer,towels also included. Literally there was nothing missing! There's a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, picnic area as well.Walking distance to shops, restaurants,beach,old town. Couldn't fault this place even if I tried. Big thanks to Marina and Vladimir.

Nice stay

The location is quiet and very tidy. There are a big supermarket, cafes, affordable restaurants and bars near by. Good equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. An awesome terrace!!! Host was nice and tried her best to satisfy us guests. I have used the sauna and enjoyed it very much. Thank you for a nice stay 😁

Great stay in Budva

Since the rating system changed to a self-assessed 1–10 scale instead of being based on a series of questions, it's easy to be misled by overly high reviews. That's not the case here. We travel a lot, and this place definitely met our expectations. It was clean, quiet, had a well-equipped kitchen, available coffee, free and safe parking, pleasant atmosphere, and a very helpful owner. Plus, there's a sauna available on request. Definitely worth a visit. A truly solid rating and a strong recommendation

The apartment was extremely clean, cozy, and fully equipped with absolutely everything – soap, cleaning products, toiletries, coffee, an electric kettle, cotton pads, cotton swabs, nail polish remover, and even laundry detergent. We didn’t need to bring a thing – we just unpacked and felt at home right away.The host, Marina, was incredibly kind and always available. When we mentioned the limited closet space, she immediately brought us a clothing rack. The pool was clean and inviting, and there was free parking right in front of the apartment. The location was also perfect – with restaurants, supermarkets, and a bakery just outside the gate.

There was limited closet space for hanging clothes, but Marina solved it straight away by bringing a clothes rack. Other than that, everything was perfect – we were very happy with our stay.

Very pleasant stay

Owners were friendly and helpful. I had a very nice stay. The apartment was nice and equipped with dish cleaning supplies and even washing powder so I could wash my clothes. I have found these essential items are not always supplied so it was really helpful. Location is a bit of a walk from the beach and old town but this is clear when booking and wasn't a problem to me. Great price for the experience offered.

Amazing, beautiful and relaxing

The property was lovely, right next to everywhere we wanted to go. Pool was just the right size. Very clean, very new and all we needed. Loved the extras of coffee pods, some toiletries. Family run, very helpful, friendly and even let us use their washer. Loved it.

A really fun stay!

SAUNA! SAUNA! SAUNA! ;) Like most Finns, we are sauna lovers and their new sauna really fullfilled our desires for a Midsummer sauna. The yard had cosy sitting and sunbathing area and a small pool. We booked a basic room which was quite small but clean and had all the amenities (including a washing machine). The owner was super helpful and friendly. Parking space was a huge plus as it's almost impossible to park on the street in Budva. The location is also perfect as there are plenty of affordable restaurant options and it's a short walk from the beach.

We had to ask the other customers where to find the owner and ended up roaming around for a bit before we found her.

It was clean The owner was very receptive Host was excellent Great location Being able to wash clothes for free was pure gold

The shower head did not have a high bracket so we had to use our hands to shower. Also just as a point of concern my partner turned the tv on and there were many free pornography channels available. Not good if you have a family with you. I’m not opposed to it but it should be restricted for adults. If a child turned the tv on then I don’t think that is a great idea.

I liked the host , she is amazing wonderful person, and helped us with everything we needed. The price is amazing for the apartaments and for what they offer. The location is wonderful also, very near of everything. The neibhergood is also very nice and safe. I kindly recomand these apartaments to everyoane willing to enjoy a nice stay in Budva.

Lovely, modern apartment in the centre of Budva.

The room was very nice and clean, with a balcony to sit and enjoy the sun on. The location was perfect, with everything you need and the old town within a 15 minute walk. The host was also very helpful.

Check out was a bit early as we had to be out by 10am, although it didn’t matter too much as we had to catch a bus.

We had three studios booked for a family visit. Very spacious and very clean. The rooms were well furnished and in great condition. They have a sauna which can be used on request. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bus station and the old town is under 30 minutes. Lots of restaurants and bakeries around along with a supermarket should you need them Marina was a gracious host and helped us throughout our stay. She arranged for an airport transfer and gave us plenty of information to make the most of our stay in Budva

Super location, everywhere you can get in by walk. Very close to supermarket, bakery, or cafe. In 5 minutes you have a few restaurants in very good prices, and with big menu chose. Marina, an owner, is so kindly and helpful, that you have not to worry nothing, just ask her;). Great place to start exploring Montenegro.
