Budget friendly comfort

Nice compact good value apartment and good value. Kitchen was small but had a sufficient kit to mean I could cook. Excellent convection cooker. Nice shower room.

Apartment was at back of building so no direct sun and hard to dry clothes. For a weeks stay, an extra toilet roll and garbage bags would have been helpful. There are local big community bins which you can take your waste to.

Excellent Modern Apartment in Convenient Location

We had a wonderful stay at this clean, newly built apartment in Budva. The host was attentive and responsive, promptly addressing all our questions throughout our visit. The location is ideal - there are restaurants and grocery stores within easy walking distance, and the Old Town is just a 25-minute stroll away. Having parking included was a great bonus.

An awful smell in the bathroom, exactly as in a very dirty toilet, yellow spots everywhere in bed and I found hair on my bed ?! Wasn’t mine of course

Bad attitude when handing out tourists tax registration documents.

I had a very uncomfortable experience with the host. When I asked for a valid receipt for the tourist tax and registration, he gave me a document with incorrect information and just a screenshot. When I asked him to correct it, he responded in a confrontational and unprofessional way. Through WhatsApp, he told me he wouldn’t give me any other document, that he would come to my room, refund me for the last night, and throw me out of his apartment because “I wasn't going to teach him what's important or not.” He later came to my room visibly upset, briefly showed something on his phone saying I was registered, but didn’t let me see the details clearly and still refused to correct the document. His behavior was suspicious and made me feel unsafe and very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone who values respect, transparency, and safety as a traveler. In addition to all this, there was a power outage the last night from approximately 11:00 PM until 8:00 AM the next day. No one explained anything, and we were left without internet and A/C.

Beautiful bright ,clean apartment with lovely views of the mountains !

The location was great and felt really safe, it was also nice to be in a residential area rather then a touristy area

The shower curtain!! Also, it would have been good to have a small shelf in the shower. The room was lovely, a small bedside light would also have been a nice addition. There was external noise from the construction nearby, but that is not the properties fault and I knew about it in advance. There was also some noise from an outside generator or furnace type thing above the apartment block, which could be distracting at times.

Exceptional!

I made a reservation a bit late last night, but the management responded quickly, was extremely kind, and helped me with everything – how to get to the apartment and figure out parking. The next day, before check-out, I reported accidental damage I caused and was ready to pay for it, even though I could have kept quiet about it. The staff thanked me for my honesty and immediately sent the housekeepers, who were very polite. After they saw what happened, they informed management, who then called a repairman. To my surprise, they didn’t ask for any financial compensation, which is something you rarely see. It was truly a great experience with excellent service! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this accommodation to everyone! Thank you Alexandar! ❤️

El departamento es hermoso

Un biente luminoso con balcon, a 400 metros de la estacion de bus. Se llega caminando al centro y ciudad vieja.

La pava electrica estaba rota, el propietario tardo en reponerla pero lo hizo. El departamento era en el tercer piso por escalera.

Konumu iyi. Otogara çok yakın. Merkeze de gayet yakın. Mutfak malzemeleri olması iyiydi. Fiyat performans olarak başarılı. Tesis ile iletişimde hiç sorun olmadı.

Mutfak penceresinde perde yoktu. Dışardan içerisi buradan görünebiliyor. Banyoda şampuan yoktu. Oda küçük ama yeterince iş görüyor.

Gazda je bio predusretljiv i pomogao nam je kada je bilo potrebno,odgovoran od reci,nije bilo nikakvih iznenadjenja ,tacno kao sto smo i dogovorili.Asistenkinja je bila ljubazna ,smestaj je bio veoma cist i udoban. Lokacija je odlicna.Moja iskrena preporuka .

Konumu çok iyiydi. Old town ve plaja çok yakındı yürüme gidip gelebiliyorduk. Evin balkonun olmasıda çok güzeldi

Bardzo dobry apartament za niewielkie pieniądze.

Dobra lokalizacja, czysty pokój i łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Dodatkowo wyposażony aneks kuchenny i przyjemny balkonik. Całkiem niezła lokalizacja- blisko 3 duże sklepy spożywcze, apteka, piekarnia, dworzec autobusowy i targowisko. Okolica może nie należy do najpiękniejszych, ale była spokojna i w miarę cicha (koniec maja). Na stare miasto ok 20 min pieszo. Właściciel bardzo miły, dobrze mówi po angielsku, komunikacja odbywała się za pomocą whatsapp.

Nie działał jeden palnik w kuchence. Brakowało niektórych przyborów kuchennych (patelnia w fatalnym stanie). Było kilka rzeczy niedokończonych w apartamencie (np jakieś wiszące kabelki w łazience), ale nie powodowało to jakiś problemów. Roleta w oknie przy aneksie kuchennym nie dała się podnieść. Budynki w okolicy ustawione są bardzo blisko siebie i widać z okna okno sąsiada.

Die perfekte Unterkunft in Budva! Sehr günstige, saubere, ruhige, komfortable, Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, im wunderschönen Budva, sehr zentral gelegen, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Busbahnhof. Die sehr schöne Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über sehr schnelles, zuverlässiges Internet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit, beantwortet Anfragen sehr schnell. Ich empfehle allen Reisenden diese wunderbare Unterkunft sehr und würde in jedem Fall wieder dort übernachten. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmal an alle und bis zum nächsten Mal! ❤️❤️❤️

Хорошая квартира с приятным соотношением цена/качество в которой есть всё. Очень приятный хозяин, который всегда быстро отвечает и всегда готов помочь с любым вопросом. В квартире и в целом в доме всё новое, красивое и современное, что очень радует. В ней есть всё, что может понадобиться. Очень удобные кровати! Я наконец-то выспалась😅 Хороший район. В 5 минутах ходьбы такие супермаркеты как HDL hipermarket, Aroma, Mega Market, Mix Market. Есть необходимые кухонные принадлежности и хорошо работающий кондиционер. Рекомендую!
