It was very spacious and comfortable. Amazing view from the balcony. We are travelling with a car, a bigger one than a regular car, so at first, I was a little scared of the other reviews saying how hard it is to walk up the street and nearly impossible to drive up. Really, it was nothing, more like a regular road in any southern, mountainous region in Europe. Walking up is also not that bad, you might get a little tired, but the walk up is considerably short.

the apartment looks great, it is very neat and has all the necessary utilities. the view is incredibly beautiful

the water in the kitchen and bathroom was turned off on two consecutive nights from 12 until morning which was very uncomfortable. To get to the location you need a car otherwise it's very hard to make that trip from the beaches to the location several times

We liked the apartment very much ! Lovely quiet neighborhood with stunning sea views! Large clean balcony . The apartment has everything for convenience. The owner of the apartment is an amazing woman, we had no problems entering the apartment. The hostess was always in touch.

The only thing I didn't like was the bad water. But I think that's a problem for the whole neighborhood.

personal is horrible!!!! worst I have ever met !!! I tried 3 time to get info about the address as the address in the booking was not found on google maps. personal totally ignored my messages & calls. finally after the another try they have send me some address. when we arrived to this address it was totally incorrect and the road was so horrible that we stressed a lot. thanks to the local lady from the other apartment who helped us & shoved us the apartment address. when we arrived I called the apartment as there were no direction where to go , first call was ignored . I called second time and finally they picked up the phone and explained that our apartment is #8 and key is on the table. they said they have been in the apartment whole day and now they are not in the apartment address. so apparently I should have guessed that my apartment is #8 and the door is open and the key is on the table. and I mentioned in the reservation that we will arrive around 19:00. we entered the apartment, overall it looks nice , but you can say for 100% that the picture which they display on booking was taken long time ago. I entered to the kitchen and stepped into the water on the floor, probably they have been cleaning the fridge and smth went wrong. another water on the floor was waiting for me on the balcony , it’s from the conditioner condensation. talking about the walking distance I would say it is not that close to the old city as they claim & the road it very hilly so be careful if you are traveling with the old people. overall that staff attitude ruined our day , we had a lot of stress & we decided to leave Budva.

We’ve stayed for 12 days and the cleaning lady hasn’t come at all during our stay. When we checked in the apartment was pretty clean except for the kitchen, I had to wash each and every cup or fork or plate if I wanted to use it because it was all dirty. Also, there is pretty poor internet connection. WiFi worked in the living room but not in the bedroom. If you come to work, the WiFi will not be enough for you.

View is great! The appartment is big and has a very nice terrace.

Couldnt find the owner upon arrival. The appartment is very close to the city but a steep uphill walk so most of the time you have to take a taxi or a car to go to the city. This was not clear from the property description.

Disappointing

The view on the sea, mountains and city from the terrace was exceptional and super nice. It’s the best thing we had here in this apartment.

Unfortunately the apartment was dirty and not well prepared for good welcoming to visitors. There was a dust everywhere on the furniture and dust + hair locks on the floor. We asked to provide a vacuum cleaner for us to clean the apartment, next day we got it in awful condition with scope of hair and dust on the brusher and it didn’t suck the air, so impossible to clean properly. There was no stuff in general to clean the apartment. There were also spiderwebs in some places. There were small reddish ants everywhere within the apartment, even in the bed. Hair dryer is very weak (its barely working), Iron which is available in the apartment is old and even dangerous, because of damaged wire. I’have read in the comments from previous guests that there was such an issue earlier, but it was not fixed. I recommend to owner react adequately to each feedback independently it’s positive or negative one, and fix the issues to make stay in the apartment really comfortable instead of replying with disagreements to all negative and tell strange excuses which is not problems of guests at all. I am adding few photos with issues explained and photo of great view from the terrace. Wish you a success in your business.

Lokalizacja super, miasto piękne imprezowe z pięknymi widokami, apartament nie wart tej ceny.

Super widok z tarasu, mieszkanie bardzo duże, parking dosłownie przed drzwiami.

Praktycznie brak kontaktu z właścicielem, po przyjeździe czekaliśmy na schodach z innymi lokatorami którzy też nie mogli skontaktować się z właścicielką, na szczęście przyjechała osoba która znała właściciela i dzięki jej pomocy udało się zdobyć klucze, w toalecie śmierdzi kanalizacją, w kuchni mrówki, telewizor archaiczny bez opcji smart, gdyby nie laptop to zostalibyśmy bez jakiejkolwiek muzyki, w czajniku warstwa kamienia, wystrój mieszkania straszny, byle co byle gdzie, 2 dni przed wyjazdem brak wody w całym mieszkaniu, na drugi dzień woda wróciła ale już nie w toalecie… ogólnie miejsce z potencjałem ale doszczętnie nie wykorzystanym. Gdyby nie lokalizacja ocena za tą cenę powinna być nie większa jak 4.

Alternatiflere bakmanızı tavsiye ederim.

Merkeze yürüyerek gidip gelmek imkansız. Mutlaka taksi ile gidip gelmek lazım, yol aşırı yokuşlu. 1-Lavabo bir şey yıkayınca yerlere su akıtıyor. 2-Duşa kabinden duş alınca banyoya yerlere su sızıyor. 3-Çamaşır makinesi ve tv düzgün çalışmıyor. 4-Sıvı el sabunu yoktu. 5-Fotoğrafta görünen odanın bir alt katı sağlandığı için manzara aynı değildi. Yine de güzeldi ama aynı odayı beklemiştik.

Ļoti plašs dzīvoklis ar vienreizēju skatu no terases virs visas pilsētas, jūra, saliņa jūrā, kalni. Ja ar kājām jāiet, tad jārēķinās, ka ļoti augstu jākāpj kalnā, bet tas skats no augšas atsver to kāpšanu. Virtuvē viss nepieciešanais ir, ir plaši skapji, gludeklis, veļas mašīna, (vienīgi pulvera nav) ,gludināmais dēlis, trauki, mazgāšanās piederumi (matu balzāma nav), fēns ir.

Nebija siltā ūdens un nedarbojās televizors, terase nebija uzkopta. Lai ēdamistabas galds nekustētos, zem 1 kājas bija cigarešu paciņa palikta apakšā.
