Hotel location near the waterfront and city center

On booking.com there were completely different pictures of the rooms, in reality the room was different from what I chose on the site The toilet stank horribly because the pipe from the toilet leaked, there was a can of toilet water standing there and it stank There was a swamp next to the hotel and it stank badly too, it would have been impossible to have breakfast in a place that stinks badly

The property is conveniently located near a shopping center, the beach and the old town. Our room was clean and tidy and the aircon and wi-fi made our stay extra comfortable!

Superb

The hosts were really nice, the location is perfect! Loved the music from the restaurant in the evening (untill 11pm). We booked a room for one night and then stayed for another. We were supposed to get another room, but the host let us stay in the same, so we didn’t have to move. Had a really pleasant stay. Would recommend to pay extra for breakfast.

Although we had a pleasant stay, I have to mention the room is a little worn, looks better on the pictures.

Disappointing

The owner and his daughter were friendly and helpful. The bathroom had a recent makeover and is stylish. The aircon worked very well, and it helped to keep out the noise. Most of all - Budva old town is beautiful.

The parking is a nightmare and impossible, my rental car got scratched. Some of the quests were loungeing obscenely and drinking on their patio by the hotels entrance. They were loud and walking pass them made us very uncomfortable. The room's glass door had no curtains, the room was lit up throughout the night from the outside light. The twin room has an uncomfortable oblong shape - 2 beds in a row, no sidetables and hardly any space. The bedspread and cushions looked ancient and sad.

Very Misleading Photos

Staff were very friendly and accommodating and location was very good.

Overall a very dated hotel. We stayed here just the 1 night and were happy to leave. On the pictures the room looks a lot better than reality. In reality, whilst the room is not dirty it is not clean either, it seems that just the main things have been touched and nothing more. There was dust and dirt covering all of the lights as well as the shelving units and light shades. Half the lights in the loom were also not working. The bed was okay, however not comfortable, and as mentioned in other reviews, will make a squeaky noise on any movement. The same could be said for the bathroom, limescale seemed to cover the shower, and drains quite dirty. On top of this there seemed to be a lingering smell of damp, although none could be seen. Finally it should be made clearer in the listing that the room is a standalone, room, connected to nothing. Whilst this may sound appealing in reality it means that you open your door and are immediately in the restaurant area, windows also look out onto the restaurant area. As a result of this you will be awake until music is stopped playing, for us this was around 11pm, even then however light shone through the door all-night with no way of blocking it out. Overall, the room was of poor quality with seemingly little of the fees going into upkeep, very bad value for money.

The location and the staff. The staff was extremely polite and kind.

The first thing you see when you exit the room is people who are having breakfast. The room door leads to the hotel restaurant, so there was not a lot of privacy. The room was small, but clean at first. Later on the room was not cleaned, the staff just changed the towels and threw out the garbage. The room did not have some basic stuff ( glasses, forks, knives...) the only thing that we had was a mini fridge.

Location is great, near the old town and beach. There is supemarket and market nearby. Staff was very nice. We were provided with daily room cleaning and change of towels which is very rare in this type of accomodations.

It was completely different room from what was advertised, even though it has the same facilities. Parking was provided but was bit chalenge to park in the crowd. The bed wasnt comfortable.

Superb

Amazing, little family hotel very close to the promenade and the old town. There are so many big new hotels being built around that it’s lovely to find and support a small business. Not to mention the perfect location and the lovely family that runs the place. Breakfast was also decent and good for the price.

The bed in our room was very squeaky and it was waking me at night when I was turning around.

Hosts are great and welcoming. Especially to the pets. The breakfast option is cheap and domestic. Great value for money. Plus parking was free too. Also they didn't charge extra for pets!

We enjoyed the fact that the owners spoke English well, the place is pet-friendly, great location, warm inside (we stayed in February).

Nice personal terrible hotel

The manager of the property was very nice and accommodating

The room was nothing like pictures show. Half of the lights didn't work. Shower although look great on the pictures is cheap and absolutely nothing like it is. No actual sigh for the hotel took 20 minutes to find it although we were in front of it. Air conditioning did not work at all. The bed was terrible mattress was used and abused with rips and tears on it.

Ilia saw us in matter of seconds, guided us on where to park and checked us in, instantaneously. Just perfect check in. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the beach and the old street in matter of minutes of walk. The room is well decorated and comfortable

Very good located and close to the beach.

Pictures and description in booking.com does not fit in any way with the reality! Furniture and especially bathroom is from Tito's decades. This alone is not a fault, but it was dirty. Not from some days ... It seems nobody take care of it. At the sofa were holes from cigarettes. I can strong recommend: check your favorite accomodations and before booking, have a look if it meet what is offered in booking.com.
