Excellent location, 7 min to the beach, 15 min to the Old Town. Very comfortable and cosy apartment perfect for a family of 4. Supermarket is 3 min away. The host family is wonderful and the apartment was very clean when we arrived.
Neighbors can be noisy. Prepare some earplugs if you stay in the smaller bedroom.

Great location for Budva and to see other locations as easy to join road network. 5 min to beach & bars. 10-15 min walk to Old Town. Shops and bank nearby.
Facilites - including air con, kitchen, washing machine, & hairdryer - very good.
Great response and advice from the hosts.
Balconies are quite small so as a family of 4 we were unable to all sit out together on a balcony and would have liked to. Great view from one of the balconies.
Parking is available but not dedicated so only if there was a space. We stayed for 4 nights and got a space on 2 nights.
It is not clear on booking which apartment the photos are related to.

The location was good, near the beach and not far to downtown (20 minutes on foot)
When we arrived the apartment wasn’t clean. We were needed to do the cleaning by ourselves because we couldn’t stay in that. Was a lot of dust and in the kitchen a lot of ants on the table and around it. All our food was invaded by ants after some minutes.
