Comfortable Modern Vibes
It was nice, clean, and spacious with a lovely kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils. I loved the living room and bedroom, I just wish the TV in the bedroom had been a smart TV. The bathroom was beautiful and so modern, and everything matched the pictures perfectly. It’s the perfect place for a nice, chill vibe. Apart from that, everything was great. Definitely check out The Welcome Inn if you stay there, I loved the steak!

There was nothing we didnt like. We saw other reviews saying the site should have a shop, but we just got supplies from Morrisons down the road.

Beautiful little cottage! Much more space than I thought and very well equipped for a 5 day stay. Great shower facilities and massive bedroom. Very comfortable bed. Sofa was also comfortable. Very clean and tidy. Loved the little courtyard with a table and chairs for each cottage too. Couldn’t fault the accommodation at all. The site was beautiful and very well kept. Very peaceful and very dog friendly for our 10st mastiff. Everyone loved on him. The staff were amazing and helpful always. The whole team of staff are a credit to the site, especially the reception lady. Beautiful lakes for fishing too.
The property was amazing but it could do with a small shop to purchase essential items (bread, milk etc). The club was nice and the staff were lovely but was sad to learn they only serve food on a Friday & Saturday. We had no car for the first 2 days so shopping with a dog wasn’t an option for us. We hoped to eat at the club but that wasn’t an available option so we ended up walking into Skegness to get food essentials.

Wonderful holiday cottage in the perfect location.
The quality, fit, finish and cleanliness of this holiday cottage was exceptional. Location was perfect; 5 minutes from Skegness Town Centre and seafront in a quiet and peaceful location. Staff were friendly and helpful, key collection was prompt and simple.
