A great 1 bedroom apartment located on the first floor at 36 Glenworth Crescent Skegness, just 100 yards from the Sea Front and all the goodies that Skegness has to offer such as The Embassy Theatre, Tower Gardens, Aquarium and The Pier.
Flat 14 sleeps 2 people andis a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with an open plan lounge, dining, kitchen area and bathroom.
The large open plan lounge, dining kitchen area is this apartment is very comfortable and comes with a 32 inch Smart TV, 2 seater sofa, a table and 2 dining chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as cutlery, crockery and pots and pans.
All our self catered holiday apartments are dog friendly. We would love you to bring your 4 legged family member with you, and for a small additional fee you can. Please ensure you tell us by selecting the option when booking. The dogs must not be left in the apartment alone, unattended.
We have some free parking available at the rear of the property which on a first come first served basis. There is also additional free parking available on Glentworth Crescent itself, or the NCP to the rear of the property which is £1.45 a day or £9.95 for 7 days in off peak season.
We also ask all our guests to respect the guests in other apartments by keeping noise down later on in the evenings and early in the morning, whilst in your apartment or entering or exiting the building. Many thanks, and enjoy your holiday with us in Skegness.

Lovely & Clean.Bathroom cramped but believe this is being looked at, no heating in the flat unfortunately all radiators were cold. Lighting was a slight issue but only due to having to work whilst away 1 evening. Overall lovely flatr, stayed before and will be booking again next yr for a few breaks

The layout of the apartment is great, spacious clean and homel feel.Only downside was the bathroom, very small space with such a little room to maneouvre around.

Great apartment in a great location. Skegness town in very good for famlies. The apartment is really good for families too or to just stay on your own. Very clean. Would highly recommend
