Clean and tidy everything you needed was there
The shower head was taped on where it had broke previous could do with a new one but apart from that it was fine

We liked the location and it was good and tidy. It was good of the location because there was a shop near it.

Perfect location for Skegness and the beaches around, and an round clean site The outside decking with the seating area and pond was really lovely!
The caravan was in need of some TLC cob webs here and there and the crockery was all needing a clean before use (considering you pay £40 cleaning fee you would expect it to be clean) and the sofa was broken so if we stayed longer that would have been an issue
