Great and quick communication with a very helpful host. The property was beautiful, cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The whole house is just fabulous and reasonably priced. Parking was right next to the house making carrying bags in easy and access was similarly easy with key safe.

One night just wasn't long enough!

We had a one night stay here at this beautiful house. We had a lovely evening. The beds were comfortable, plenty of room for the 5 of us. The decor is like a tasteful show home but still so cosy and warm.

I can't think of anything I didn't like about this gorgeous home. Just a recommendation for future guests, take a few baking trays. Everything else is there for you! 10/10 recommend staying here and we hope to be back!

Fantastic !

Communication with the host was great, we collected the keys from the instructions provided this was no hassle. The house was lovely throughout and extremely warm. The property had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We will defiantly book again when we are in the area.

Nice stay in lovely accommodation

Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. Easy to find, straightforward drive to/from Durham. Clear instructions from hosts re finding, parking and entry. Very spacious. Lovely bathroom. It was a weekday stay, so not sure what weekends would be like, but very quiet surroundings. We ate out, so didn't use kitchen, but seemed well stocked with pans etc. Would definitely visit again.

Perfect for a weekend break

Nice location, comfortable beds, plenty of room for everyone. Bathroom nice with choice of bath, or shower. Complimentary biscuits for us, which was a nice surprise!

Couldn't find a switch for outside light, and stumbled on the bottom step a couple of times, as very dark without a light. No chopping board big enough to cut a large pizza on. Fridge also had issues, but turned out it had been turned down to 1 and had been defrosting before we arrived.

Will be staying again!

Tudhoe Park Villas was very easily accessible and had parking beside the property also. The home itself is beautifully laid out and decorated. There is a high spec finish throughout and it was very comfortable to stay in, a home from home. The kitchen was well stocked regards utensils and coffee/tea consumables. The bathroom was luxurious with a beautiful bath and shower. The garden was very well maintained with lovely seating areas. A real worthwhile stay.

Great stay we stopped as had a family wedding close miles cheaper that hotel

Clean and tidy and everything u need was there all worked perfect . There’s a wedding venue very close we stopped two nights here which saved us a lot of money we chilled at night in this house more room than the hotel thank you great house

A lovely stay in a very modern , clean property

Lovely modern house. Everything was brand new and to a very high standard. Beautiful decor throughout. The photos do not do it justice. Enough parking for at least 2 cars. The tea and coffee facilities were excellent.

The tv in the loft extension didnt appear to work. Also a couple of plug sockets in the upstairs loft room didn't work. No lock on the bathroom door. Windows were very dirty.
