We loved the location, character of the building and its charm. We have both lived in old quirky homes before so immediately felt right at home. Also it was the comfiest bed we've stayed in for years! Hearing the hustle and bustle outside was lovely and it was great for people watching. It is an old place so there's obviously some funny quirks, like plugs in strange places and the loo door hitting the toilet, but we like these things, it has character!
Alexandre also gave us a lovely gift for our first wedding anniversary, a lovely touch.
It's an old place so it wouldn't be for everyone, but we loved it.
Alsp, it's 3rd storey so lots of stairs. Fine for us but a consideration for others.
