Lovely Apartment In Sintra

Nos sorprendió gratamente. Es un apartamento muy acogedor con unas vistas increíbles al centro de Sintra. Equipado perfectamente y muy muy limpio todo. 100% recomendable.

L’appartement est vraiment près de tout et c’est très bien insonorisé. C’était propre et calme.

The location is close to the main sights and I loved the fully equipped kitchen - excellent! The gentleman who brought me the keys helped me move my luggage up & down the entrance staircase and I could store my suitcase in a safe space to enjoy Sintra for the final day.

I would have preferred a smaller double-bed over the 2 twin beds that made the bedroom feel slightly tight. The hot water kept going off and there was a strange smell in the bathroom on the second day.

Great location in the middle of everything (although it comes with the cost of noise in the early morning hours). We walked to both Pena Palace and Quinta Da Regaleira from the appartement.

The appartement had a bad smell. There was a sewer smell from the bathroom and mildew smell in general. I get that it is an old building, but still. It is difficult to park near buy the appartement, so you have to carry your luggage some way (unless it is before 8 AM or after 8PM). The city center is closed for normal traffic during these hours. If you bring kids they are supposed to sleep in kind of a small attick. They are quite high up and just under the roof. For this reason I am really surprised that there are no smoke detectors in the appartement.
