Location, helpful host.
Very damp and rather chilly in mid winter - would benefit from having a dehumidifier. Unfortunately there were very noisy people staying on the floor above so we didn’t get much sleep - the host was very responsive but it made for a difficult stay. Lounge only large enough for three people at most.

Smell was very strong from downstairs and halls which passed onto the room so it smelled bad as well, we were there only 1 night so hopefully the bad odour was a temporary issue.
