The spacious room. We rented the one with the terrace. It is a common terrace and it has barbecue equipment, a cat and birds chirping around. Very quite and a beautiful view of the rooftops and church.

Check out at 11am and check in at 15pm. Although they were flexible with the checkout time. I noticed the cleaning team was there at around 11:15 ready to clean it.

Price was very good. Cleanliness was exceptional. Situation in the old centre is spot on, cozy apartment with everything you need. Even though we never met the staff, we were well covered and they never missed a single bit of information that we may have needed. And they were friendly.

The shower ran cold, mid shower. Small issue that would not put us off returning.

We had 3 nights here, lots of time to explore Sintra. Very clean , comfortable with a lovely terrace to enjoy.

Good location in the center of Sintra which allows walking to 1 or 2 locations. Very good host who provide the check door codes well in advance and kept in touch via text on a regular basis. The apartment is provided with saftey information It is possible to walk to Sintra station in about 15 mins where you can take a train direct into Lisbon for 5 Euros return. One stop from the main Sintra station is a very good supermarket Pingo where you can pick up supplies there are no food shops in the old part of Sintra

The apartment is very dated and needs a make over. There is no oven or grill for cooking, there is a gas hob but you have to be careful lighting this as the gas can blow back. There is also a micro wave that can be used. Coming back to the apartment can be challenging as the street where the apartment building is situated is very poorly lite, you enter through an iron gate and then have to go down some very old steps and cross a courtyard to get to the main door of the apartment. The steps are in darkness so you need to be careful going down them
