Localização central. Disponibilidade do anfitrião para nos ajudar com o que precisamos, de forma muito rápida! Há tudo o que é necessário no apartamento. Bom isolamento do som do exterior.

Limpeza do apartamento pouco cuidada. Há reparações a fazer, pequenas coisas que não prejudicam a estadia (torneiras que não funcionam, chuveiro que não dá para trocar para água fria - tem outro, daí não ser problemático; rodapé com fita cola; porta de um dos quartos esmurrada). Não tem elevador, e são vários degraus (viajamos com um bebé, não foi impeditivo, mas é cansativo)

Location is great. Huge apartment with all the basics, kitchen is pretty well equipped, washing machine easy to use. 2 double bedrooms and a futon, 2 living spaces and 2 toilets separate to the shower - great for big groups. Superficially it’s lovely, it’s clean where it counts. The young lad who met us with the keys also works around town, we saw him a couple of times and he was very friendly on all occasions.

Stairs as mentioned in previous reviews. Walls and bathroom doors need a good wipe down, skirtings need replacing, some mould in the bathroom. The only a couple of the heaters work ed and none of TV’s are connected to wifi so while there were lots of them. We couldn’t use them.

La ubicación excelente,está frente al Palacio Nacional, a 15 andando de Regaleira y cerquita en coche de los otros Palacios. Aparcamos perfectamente los dos días que estuvimos en la carretera que sube al lado del hotel. Camas bastante cómodas, dos aseos que está genial si vas con amigos, y un baño con doble ducha. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas mientras estaban limpiando, ya que llegamos antes de tiempo.

Aunque el alojamiento tenía cápsulas de café (pero no azúcar), no pudimos utilizarlas porque la cafetera no funcionaba, , sí había vinagre pero no aceite, no tiene sentido. Si tienes dificultad de movilidad las escaleras estrechas y empinadas para acceder al apartamento te será un problema, si no, se pueden subir perfectamente.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Great location.

The lady who did the check in confronted us about the number of people that would stay in the property as if we were scamming them. It could have been an honest mistake but she continued to be confrontational and was not apologetic after realising there was a misunderstanding on their part. After that she let us into the property as if she was doing us a favor. It advertised AC and we could all see a portable AC in the living room but she kept saying the property had no AC. The building’s stairs are really steep so carrying heavy luggage is not suitable. No parking as well.
