Really big property with 3 bedrooms and a lounge located very close to Sintra Central which made it an ideal spot to visit all the sights and wonders of Sintra. Would highly recommend staying here as it gives you an opportunity to explore Sintra before the crowds arrive which was a magical experience. Also very close to many restaurants and food options.
The property lacked good ventilation but otherwise it was really nice with a lot of space. The property felt a little run down but had a lot of character to it and felt very authentic. It is located on a busy road so there is some traffic noise but nothing too unpleasant.

It was OK (better than wilderness camping), but I can’t think of anything I actually liked.
It was in Sintra. I recommend that you do not try to park, drive, walk, shop or stay in Sintra. There is no place to park (we drove around for 90 minutes looking for one),the streets are so narrow that 2 donkeys would have a hard time passing each other, and there are no sidewalks. And 10 to perhaps 20% of the locals driving in Sintra speed up rather than slow down when going past someone walking on the side of the road. And they consider it a success if they missed the person by no more than 3 to 4 cm. See the Palace - it’s worth it, but drive to the next city if you don’t wanna get run over.

Convenient location to visit Sintra, helpful host
Difficult to get used to the cold and humid interiors. Noisy street at night.
