Location & the bunglow

Everything is broken. Not working: Kitchen hood WiFi (need to reset and call agent multiple times to fix) TV (hangs and stuck) Boiler turned off middle of the night. NO POWER OR LIGHTS AND COLD WATER TILL WE CHECKED OUT Dish waster leaking No dish washing soap provided No kitchen towel PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

This villa has everything you need for a pleasant stay, it was very clean and the added extras of tea,coffee,milk,toilet

It was very spacious, the bedrooms were a great size with plenty of room for our party of 6. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

My only criticism of the lovely villa is one of the mattresses was very soft which wasn’t comfortable for a full good nights sleep. Every other bed was fine.

Sink on first floor in common area drains slowly Toiled Dutch is not working in same bathroom and nob of sliding door of bath on left handle is unstable as one of the nob is unscrewed and was left aside by previous tenant or and finally standing shower base where water is collected for draining is dipped from middle and water always remain standing in middle

The key safe is easy, the property is good and the location excellent

Communication prior to arrival was really not good but once in the property when there were 2 issues these were quickly fixed which we appreciated

Mumbles for Group

We liked the spaciousness of the property and the flexibility for sleeping arrangements. The bathrooms were nice as was the main living/dining room. The few were great and overall sound levels were not high. We loved how close it was to several beaches. Overall very good value and great for groups.

Some aspects of the house were a bit dated or lower quality, the kitchen was well equipped but showing its age a little. The smart features on the TV didn't work well and kitchen knives were blunt etc.

A nice location, spacious.

Quite a few things were broken or not working (for example the kettle, the blinds and main lights in the master were all not working) and it wasn’t particularly clean. It gave it a bit of a run down feel and dated, and considering it kept being emphasised that it was a luxury accommodation I felt it missed the mark.
