Искали в Тбилиси именно аутентичный вариант для проживания. Прекрасный интерьер, очень душевная квартира, с удовольствием каждый вечер возвращались в нее, играли в шахматы, слушали кассеты. Есть стиральная машина с коротким режимом, нас очень выручала. Есть все для готовки, но мы не пользовались. Невероятный балкон. Расположение отличное, до башни с часами пешком около 7 минут. Хозяин приветливый.
Скорее совет: возьмите с собой тапочки для ванной, пол прохладный.

The apartment was very cute and comfortable with a wonderful location to shops and amenities.
We could‘ve had more towels and cleaning materials (sponges, dish towels) as we work remote from there for a few days

Расположение идеально, если вы приехали познакомиться с городом и хотите иметь ключевые объекты (музеи, архитектура, кафе, магазины и т.д.) в пешей доступности. Старый дом с традиицонным балконом и услилия хозяина создали аутентичную атмосферу. При этом квартира вполне комфортабельна для проживания семьи из двух-трех человек. Желание хозяина работать над историческим интерьером заслуживает похвал. Кухня позволяет готовить, а большой Carrefour в 6 минутах обеспечивает закупку продуктов.
Желательно у входной двери иметь вешалку для одежды, которая необходима в холодное время года. На этой вешалке должен быть крючек, на котором висит обувная ложка.
