Excellent location. The room was comfortable, clean, and tidy.

​It's a studio apartment. There was no formal check-out, and we just left the key in a small lockbox next to the door. ​The property absolutely refused to provide a receipt. We contacted them multiple times, but we were told that this is how they operate with everyone and that Booking.com is aware of it. While we don't strictly need the receipt for reimbursement, we paid the required amount in cash and left. **There was no option to pay by credit card; they requested cash payment only.** ​However, this is completely unacceptable when booking through Booking.com. It forced us to worry throughout our trip about how to pay and whether we would face issues, since without a receipt, there is no way to prove we paid the correct amount. ​On top of that, we wasted precious time finding a bank, withdrawing cash, paying bank fees, and constantly dealing with the property manager over the phone. We scheduled meetups with her multiple times, waited around, and she never showed up. This was a huge hassle when we were supposed to be enjoying our vacation. ​To make matters worse, Booking.com's customer support was slow and completely unhelpful in resolving the issue.

Was auch noch negativ war, für den TV braucht man 2 telecomander ein telecomander hatte Batterie ein gerät ohne batterie jedes mal beim TV Gebrauch musste ich die Batterien vom einten telecomander zum anderen telecomander wechseln bisschen mühsam

Obwohl mitten in der Stadt, ist das Innenhof und die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Das Bett war der absolute Highlight, ich habe wie auf eine Wolke geschlafen.

Im Badezimmer hatten wir nächtliche Gäste - die Katzen sind durch das kleine Fenster reingekommen und haben uns geweckt. Ansonsten war alles prima.

The location was good and very close to everything

Cleanliness. Bedsheet wouldn’t stay on the bed and kept coming off, when trying to fix it back you could see there was a lot of dirt under the bed. Glasses were dirty and no new sponge to clean them again- there was an already used one but that’s yucky. Bathroom, when you shower the whole bathroom gets wet and doesn’t drain properly- no slippers. Also toilet and around toilet was dirty. Only 2 towels for 2 guests/3 nights. Owner said he would bring more but never did.
