Świetna lokalizacja. 100m do dużego supermarketu. Knajpy na dole od razu przy wyjściu z budynku. Bezpiecznie (ale generalnie cała Gruzja jest bardzo bezpieczna). Mieszkanie OK.
Wbrew ofercie - brak parkingu. Tylko podziemny w odległości 50m, na którym w środku dnia pół godziny szukaliśmy miejsca (bardzo zatłoczony). Brak okien (tylko małe okna pod samym sufitem).

It is very central. Very near to Carrefour and a lot of restaurants around the area. It is also near a flower market. I liked that it is very near to tourist spots. They have provided enough bed sheets, towels, pillowcases. They even have washing machine and clothes rack!! Maybe more clothes hanger and inside/house slippers would be very much helpful.
There was no lift - which is in most cases in apartments in Tblisi. However, the owner kindly helped us bringing our luggages upstairs.
