Location does not get much better - everything of interest is withing walking distance, yet a good distance from major roads (which is often an issue in Tbilisi). Nice view over old town. Apartment has plenty of space, all appliances are of high quality, fully equipped kitchen. Host, Nina, is very helpful - from making sure arrival/departure process handled efficiently, to providing helpful tips on things to do and see in Tbilisi and other regions of Georgia.
Soundproofing is a bit of an issue - one could hear the neighbors on occasion. Also, as of last week of July 2026, there's a major construction project on Shota Rustaveli Prospect, so there are interruptions in water supply. This could last for a few months - check ahead.
