Everything was great! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, The staff was friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Honestly, everything was very good. Nothing significant to complain about.

The hosts are generous and helpful, the restaurant on top is awesome and has a large terrace with a nice view.

First, I could not find this property. There is no sign of it and I, after travelling for 15 hours, had to go up and down the stairs several times, with my very heavy bags, in order to find it. My phone operator does not work in Georgia, so I was able to connect to the hosts only thanks to some lovely Georgian people who lend me their phone. Second, I was under the impression that I had booked a separate apartment, when in reality what I booked was two rooms in "a communal flat". The kitchen was far away from those two rooms, and it did not have a sink. The sink was actually in the corridor, behind a small wall, but I found it only on my last day of the stay. Third, everything in this property is a bit old and kinda asks for renovation. I mean it adds to the whole feel of old Tbilisi, but certain things have to be replaced for sure.
