Very clean,
The accommodation is located in an uphill street. So if you take a taxi, order it to Polikarpe Kakabadze street.

The host was very friendly and helpful. He messaged us well in advance before our arrival with instructions how to tell the address to the taxi driver and even escorted us to the nearest grocery store when we arrived late at night. The view from the roof terrace was stunning and the apartment itself spacious and comfortable for five adults. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Not much. There are much better places to stay.
I was OK with the big hike up the hill. But the streets are full of dog poo it's very hard not to walk in it. This is an old local house. The bathroom is basically outside the part of the house where the bedroom is. I would not stay here in the winter as there was no heat in the bathroom, and very little in the kitchen. Who wants to shower in a 5 degree room? The kitchen is quite old. There are locals walking up the stairs past the window, so it didn't feel very private.
