Хорошая, уютная квартира. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. Хозяин на связи постоянно. Удалённое заселение прошло без каких-либо проблем.

Что б заехать во двор на авто надо ждать пока кто-то из жильцов откроет ворота (хозяин извинился за это, но время и нервы теряются). Дом стоит на оживлённой улице, ночью, при закрытых окнах слышен рёв моторов.

We had a great stay and really liked this apartment. The location was very convenient for our needs. It is not in the touristy city center, but that was actually a plus for us since I was traveling with children and using Tbilisi as a transit stop. The apartment is located in the Saburtalo area, next to City Mall, with plenty of cafes, supermarkets, and the lovely Red Park nearby, which has great playgrounds for kids. The host was kind enough to give us a larger apartment for the same price, which was a wonderful surprise. The windows overlook a green avenue, creating a pleasant view without any street noise. Check-in was easy, key collection was straightforward, and there was a parking space available in the yard. The bathroom and toilet were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

This is not really a negative point, just something future guests may want to keep in mind: the apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator. The ceilings are quite high, so there are a fair number of stairs to climb. If you are traveling with a large stroller, heavy suitcases, or have mobility concerns, you may want an extra pair of hands to help.
