I like the location only.
All bad! Ms Maria is nowhere. Mr Maria shows up only at night for collecting money. No front desk. A guest opens the door and let me in. Bed is super bad. Cheapest mattress gave me back pain. Breakfast minimal. Wooden Floor became black, showing that it is never washed clean.

I liked everything! I met very nice people at this hostel. The owners are super nice and even when I was leaving very early I told them and they prepared a lunchbox with my breakfast to I take early morning. One of the owners is always there cleaning the shared room's bathroom so I felt it was always clean. The beds in the shared room are very comfortable an the breakfast is good. Location is excellent! I liked it so much that I booked again one night when I came back from my hiking trip!
One small suggestion to maybe have a small carpet on the bathroom floor, I felt every time someone was taking a shower the floor was all wet, but a carpet would solve the problem :)

As usual Maria & Levan’s Homestay is my go-to spot in Tbilisi. It’s super well located, small, homely and I really appreciate the staff. I’ll be back!
It’s always fully booked! Last two visits I haven’t been able to stay long because it’s been fully booked.

It is small hostel and good value for money. I would recommend for short trip in Tbilisi. The staff was really good and helpful.
Floor is old and make noise with movement. Also the beds is old and has same issue of noise with movement, WIFI speed connection is not as expected. This could be solved and be better by small renovation to the place
