Location is great ❤️ if youre in a budget and like to walk around. It's in a quiet back street in old town. You can walk to most tourist spots in old town. The toilet is decent. The host is very responsive and helpful 🙂 The photos of the room were honest. You might get scared going to this house at first, but overall a few tourists are walking there too so I felt safe.
The bed was uncomfortable and smelled unclean.

Super-central location, 3-5 min.walk to some of city's main attractins & the very center. Clean, comfy. Very communicative Host, quickly responding and ready to help with evth. Small, quiet street but still in the very center. Very safe.
The place is not on ground level (as it says in the description) but actually on -1 ; so there is little natural light but on the other hand the room does not get hot (which was a blessing in boiling Tbilisi); it would be lovely to install some shelf in the bathroom as there is practically nowhere to keep things
