Is nice unit, affordable, nice host.

Is location far away from center, bed mattras need to change, and is high density family complex. Like many families and other people living there.

Из плюсов + отдельная комната на втором этаже + есть кухня: сковородка, кастрюля, чашки, тарелки, чайник, плита, моющие, холодильник, морозилка, стол, стулья, нож, досточка + есть утюг и фен + дополнительная раскладушка если с ребенком + кондиционер работал + телевизор работал + недалеко находится магазин + живут на территории кошки, а также местное население + горячая вода и хороший напор + удобные подушки + розетки возле кровати с двух сторон

Из минусов - плохой слив в душе - нет одноразовых тапочек - полотенца не впитывают, постельное достаточно старое, пора обновить - плохой свет - слишком мягкая, скрипящая кровать - плохой запах из ванной комнаты - только 2 вешалки в шкафу

The owners are so responsive and flexible, and the apartment is perfect for my needs - as advertised.

It has a stove and a washing machine, so it would be convenient for those who stay longer than a week. The apartment is clean and has everything for a comfortable stay.

The neighbors in the yard are not very friendly and never replied to my greetings. Also, there's a dog living in the house, that has a balcony facing the inner yard. It started barking from this balcony very unexpectedly when I came back home. The staircase leading to the apartment is narrow and windy, so getting a suitcase upstairs would be a challenge. The location is a bit away from everything, there's a mini-market nearby and that's pretty much it.
